Ther4py Session is more than music — it's a space where artists can be heard, seen, and understood. We use music and honest conversations to encourage vulnerability, break the stigma around mental health, and remind people that it's okay to not be okay, and no one has to face it alone.
Mental health matters to us.
One chair, one mic, camera in close. No audience, no stage — the room is built to feel like a session, not a set, so the artist forgets it's a shoot at all.
Before they play a note, the artist talks through it — what the song is really about, what they were going through when they wrote it. Then they perform it like they're saying it out loud for the first time.
The camera stays on through the moment the performance stops being a performance — raw, unrehearsed, unfiltered. That's the footage that becomes the episode.
Every artist has a song they've never fully explained — the one that means more than the lyrics let on. Ther4py Session gives them the room to actually say it, then perform it like the confession it always was.
